The following Conference Discounts are available:
Early-bird Registration: Register by September 1, 2008 and pay only $499 USD ($50 USD discount on registration fee).
Hotel Discounts:
- The Omni Hotel (Conference Venue) is offering a discounted rate to conference participants ($189 USD per night).
- Book and stay for a minimum of two (2) nights at the Omni Hotel (Conference Venue) and receive a $100 USD credit towards your hotel accommodations upon departure. This is in addition to the discounted rate that is available to conference guests. You must book your room by September 1, 2008 to receive this credit.
- Overnight Parking for conference participants who are staying at the Omni Hotel is included ($30 USD per night value).
The City of Los Angeles International Earthquake Conference will be held in Downtown Los Angeles at the Omni Hotel atop Bunker Hill. Please visit the Conference Venue section of this site to book your room at the special conference rate.

Cancellation of Conference Registration/Refund Policy:
Cancellations will be accepted in writing if emailed to John Bwarie at info.iec@lacity.org no later than October 12, 2008. A $25 administration fee will be charged for cancelling your registration. No cancellations will be accepted after November 5, 2008. Substitutions are welcome at any time. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee. |
